Aylin Tavakoli

Aylin Tavakoli started her musical life at an early age by learning the flute
and the vibraphone.
She discovered her passion for the tar and Persian music when she met Master Kevian Saket and discovered his innovative approach towards traditional Iranian music. Aylin continued taking lessons with Keivan Saket and was a student of his in The Kamkars Musical Institute for many years prior to moving to Canada. Aylin is an Alumni of UBC Sauder School of Business working in the Marketing field. She has been collaborating with UBC Persian Music Ensemble since January 2009. |
